測試原理
地(di)埋電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)外(wai)護套故(gu)(gu)障的(de)(de)測(ce)(ce)(ce)尋,同電(dian)(dian)力電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)故(gu)(gu)障探測(ce)(ce)(ce)一樣,一般(ban)要經過(guo)(guo)“測(ce)(ce)(ce)距”和“定點(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)”二個步驟。外(wai)護套接(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)故(gu)(gu)障的(de)(de)初測(ce)(ce)(ce)(測(ce)(ce)(ce)距)一般(ban)采用(yong)壓降法和電(dian)(dian)橋(qiao)(qiao)法測(ce)(ce)(ce)試(shi)(shi),電(dian)(dian)橋(qiao)(qiao)法測(ce)(ce)(ce)試(shi)(shi)準確(que),使(shi)用(yong)方便,但(dan)由于電(dian)(dian)橋(qiao)(qiao)法不能測(ce)(ce)(ce)試(shi)(shi)多(duo)點(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)故(gu)(gu)障,也不能測(ce)(ce)(ce)試(shi)(shi)三(san)相電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)鏈式接(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)連線的(de)(de)故(gu)(gu)障。而壓降法卻可彌補上(shang)述問題。外(wai)護套接(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)故(gu)(gu)障的(de)(de)精確(que)定點(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)則采用(yong)跨(kua)(kua)步電(dian)(dian)壓法,通過(guo)(guo)兩根接(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)鐵釬,尋找(zhao)土壤中電(dian)(dian)勢zui低點(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)而精確(que)定點(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。在故(gu)(gu)障點(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)處(chu)流(liu)入大(da)地(di)的(de)(de)測(ce)(ce)(ce)試(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)導致故(gu)(gu)障點(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)處(chu)為(wei)正負電(dian)(dian)壓峰值轉(zhuan)換點(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),在故(gu)(gu)障點(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)前接(jie)(jie)(jie)近故(gu)(gu)障時(shi),跨(kua)(kua)步電(dian)(dian)壓增(zeng)加,越(yue)過(guo)(guo)故(gu)(gu)障后(hou)跨(kua)(kua)步電(dian)(dian)壓減小,并且極性(xing)改變(bian)。在接(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)故(gu)(gu)障點(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)正上(shang)方時(shi),指針(zhen)停在零位,此處(chu)既為(wei)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)故(gu)(gu)障點(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)準確(que)位置。

引起(qi)電(dian)纜護(hu)層(ceng)缺陷(xian)的原因大(da)致有:運行過程(cheng)中被白蟻或其它原因所(suo)傷;敷(fu)設(she)過程(cheng)中劃傷塑料外護(hu)套;護(hu)套上(shang)固(gu)有的沙(sha)眼或裂紋(wen),在工廠內能通過試驗,敷(fu)設(she)后受潮引起(qi)絕(jue)緣(yuan)電(dian)阻偏低;接地(di)箱,接地(di)線絕(jue)緣(yuan)不良等。
n 用(yong)于護層直流(liu)耐(nai)壓試驗
PVC護層的長(chang)電(dian)纜線路,高溫(wen)天氣下(xia)進行10kV耐壓試驗時,電(dian)流可(ke)能高達30mA。設備輕便易用(yong),輸出電(dian)流大,能方便地用(yong)于這(zhe)類護層耐壓試驗。
